Construction of rear single storey extension to three storey dwelling house. Stunningly refurbished three-bedroom family home thoughtfully designed across four floors, offering both style and functionality. Structural element has been a major process throughout the project. We created an open-plan kitchen and dining area, transforming it to a bright and inviting space, with direct access to a private south-facing garden. The project also included waterproofing the basement, new concrete slab, underfloor heating throughout, new screed, 2 bathrooms installation, staircase refurbishment, herringbone flooring throughout.
