A magnificent residence located in the heart of Westminster, overlooking the Houses of Parliament and London Eye, undergone complete transformation from a local restaurant into a habitable 4 storey property, divided into 2 three bedroom units, laid over two floors each. The project involved a basement conversion and rear double storey extension and underpinning throughout. We have built a new façade to basement and ground floor to match the period design. The structural element has been a major process throughout the project.
